Read Earth 8 IRC or AIM based game

Hi,
I am trying to run a dc based rpg game on IRC or AIM. The game idea is play at the so called Earth 8, where originally Batgirl, Kyle Rayner and Breach originally came from.
My idea is run solo games which will converge at this world's main super team, which will be named by the players. The single requirements I do is you must do a version of DC character or someone replacing someone else role (like Breach as Captain Atom role). The single character I am vetoing is Green Lantern because some plot considerations
I am going to use Hero system, if you don't know the system I can do your sheet with your supervision, giving you room to do whatelse you want with your character.
For the hero heads around the world here is the rules part
points: 350 base + 150 disadvantages
limits: no more than 60 points from a disadvantage category
