Tunneling Movement

Under the Tunneling rules it says that extra DEF can be purchaced at +3 pts each.

Can you buy extra movement at +2 Each"

EG: Tunneling 11" through 6 DEF for a total of 30+10=40 pts.

There's no provision for that in the rules. What your GM allows is up to him. ;)
