My machine is a 2.4Ghz P4 running Windows XP. I have installed the 1.44 patch and am still experiencing this.

When selecting the "Increased Maximum Range" advantage for an EB (it probably does not matter which power the advantage is being applied to), I'm finding that if you push the Range advantage up to +2 1/2 or higher, the range values are incorrect (2 1/2 produces a large negative number).

It looks to me like the field is suffering an overflow.

Sounds like an overflow...but one must ask: why are you trying to push it that high? If you want extreme range, use Megascale.

I'll work on adjusting for the overflow in one of the next updates.

I wasn't actually going to push it up that far for a character. I just got the software and was playing around with it when I happened across this problem (BTW, it seems that other modifiers to the power and/or its current active or real cost does have an effect on how far you need to push the modifier to get it to begin producing invalid values).

Besides, when I'm working, I work in softare quality assurance. Finding bugs like this is in my blood ;-).
