using the rules in TUV on page 14, I was tinkering with the Harrier, my source shows a max speed of 661mph, which comes out using the *4 NCM that seems standard fior most jets at 110" per phase.. figuring a speed 4, this seems way to high, am I doing something wrong here?
what speed/moves were used for the aircraft in the books?
Max, Cruise? something in between?
