Random Power Generator?

Has anyone worked up a random power generator? Ideally, I'd like to plug in the active points and have it spit out a power (and any appropriate advantages) to fit the available points...

I have a player with a VPP that can activate the power pool but has no control over what power manifests. If there's such a beastie out there, it would save wear and tear on my brain... or at least some time in preparing a list before hand...

i saw it already in another thread...
and i want to program it myself :)

then i have to wait 2 weeks more until my delivery comes...for the Champions book
