In vehicle template, v 1.44

On REC buy cannot reduce END total to zero
Skills with limitations
In Power tab and Skill tab

It may just be too early for me, but I'm really not sure what you're talking about.
END Reserve and REC have always functioned the way they currently do. You cannot reduce the END to 0 because then you don't have a Reserve and the REC is pointless.
Skills can have Limitations. On both the Powers tab and the Skills tab. This has been the case pretty much since the outset. If you're talking about CSLs, PSLs or SLs, the button to add a Modifier will only appear if you have them at the 5-point level or higher (per FREd).

Skills, limits, right. Got it.
Many Constructions and some eample powers let you buy the END part and the REC part of a reserve seperately.
So REC must be allowed to decouple from END so that limitss affect only one part.

Errr....Have you actually tried purchasing an END Reserve in HD? That's exactly how it works.
You have to specify the Modifiers on the REC and the Reserve separately for exactly that reason.
There is some logic that takes place behind the scenes to determine if the Modifiers placed on the REC and the Reserve are the same (this affects the rounding rules and calculations), but you are completely capable of assigning unique mods to each.

My HD CD just arrived, and I've been trying to get used to it. Running the 1.45 update on W2kPro, and have encountered a bug with lists and/or prefabs I didn't see listed scanning the recent board posts:
* Start HD, having previously created and loaded a prefab that contains a list of skills.
* Open an existing character
* Click the Skills tab
* Click Insert at End to change to Insert at Top
* Click the Prefabs tab
* Open one of your prefabs
* Click on a list
* Click on Select
(wait)
* Scroll skills list up to top to see list added in inverse order with negative index numbers!
(Is this the right way to post bug reports, or is it better to start a separate thread for each?)

You can post bug reports here or in their own thread....whichever you prefer ;-)
As for the bug itself, can you believe that no one has found that before? It's (apparently) been there throughout.
I've got it fixed and will include the fix in the next update (which will be coming out soon).
