Transfer Question

I have a Transfer Power that needs Delayed Return Rate for both the rate at which points return to the target and the rate at which they fade from the character, per the rules on p236 of 5ER.

In HD, I can only select Delayed Return Rate once and then I have to use a custom modifer for the other advantage.

Would it be possibe to have two seperate Delayed Return Rate advantages for Transfer, similar to how Variable Effect is split into seperate (To) and (From) advantages? Or is it already in there and I'm missing it?
