Champion's Battlegrounds

Assuming sales for Champions Battlegrounds prove enough for more adventures. Are there plans to write adventures for the different genres, or will all the adventure books be based in the Champions setting?

There is one planed For Fantasy Hero by the posted schedule.

Assuming the sales justify it, we'd certainly like to do more scenario products for all sorts of genres. We're definitely going to do a Fantasy Hero Battlegrounds, and I'd love to see a "Dark Champions Battlegrounds" and "Star Hero Battlegrounds" as well. And I've got ideas/notes for at least two epic-style Champions scenarios (and Allen has a couple ideas as well).

Of course, that "if the sales justify it" bit is the key issue. We've got Champions Battlegrounds to give us an idea of hardcopy sales, and hopefully before too long Shades Of Black to show us how scenarios sell as Hero Plus e-books. If neither of them do well enough, we just won't do any more scenarios. If either of them does well enough, we'll look into doing more.

Great, now I'll have to pick up a copy to convince you to print a Star Heroes Battlegrounds. ;)

Actually, I was thinking about getting Champion Battlegrounds anyways to try introduce some of my non-Hero rpg friends to Hero System and perhaps a Champions game. Additionally all of the books produced have been great and I enjoy spending the money to get some quality rpg products. Keep up the good work, and we'll keep spreading the good word (and spending the good cash).

One idea that would be hard to pull off, but cool if it worked is an adventure that is cross-genre. Each part of the adventure would be in a different genre but the storyline would be tied together. It could really show the flexablity of the Hero System.
