Hello,
Well, I've got a gadget pool that I need to fill for a villian
Ok, the rules.
The total pool is 120 points
Less than 82 active points for any device.
Must be Tech based
Must be IIF or better.
Weapons, sheild, useful stuff and anything else you fine people can come up with.
Thanks

It would help to have more info about the villain: any particular theme or style? Stealthy type or combat monster? What types of gadgets would he favor, ultramodern or updated archaic like bows or swords?
I might as well toss out a few weapons I've been developing for my update of VOICE. These are all lethal devices designed to reflect a high-tech take on traditional Oriental martial art weapons:
Singing Sword: a straight, tapered 2' blade attached to a heavy hilt containing a powerful, compact motor. The motor causes the blade to vibrate at a very high frequency, allowing it to cut easily through most materials. The blade vibration itself causes all the damage, the user's strength adding nothing. The sword gives off a high pitched keening sound when activated, hence the name.
2D6 RKA, Armor Piercing, Penetrating, 64 Charges, No Range, OAF Sword. AP 75, RP 30.
Neuro Whip: a three-foot length of slender metal cable attached to a stock with a protective basket hilt, the neuro whip releases an electric charge on contact at a frequency which destroys the victim's nervous system. Each charge lasts for several seconds, and resembles electric current writhing over the victim's body while he suffers severe muscle spasms. The charge can be interrupted by grounding the victim with a conductor like a metal pole or wire.
1D6 RKA, AVLD (Mental Defense), Does Body, Continuous, 16 Continuing Charges lasting 1 Turn, No Range, OAF Whip. AP 75, RP 30.
Sniper Bow: these bow and arrows are built with sophisticated sound absorbing materials to make them virtually noiseless, and have an active targetting system that adjusts the flight of the arrow as it tracks to its target. The system will on rare occasions fail to lock onto the target.
2D6 RKA, Armor Piercing, No Range Modifier, Invisible to Hearing, 16 Charges, Activation 15-, OAF Bow. AP 67, RP 30.
Star Gun: this drum fed machine pistol fires a volley of small star-shaped projectiles resembling shuriken with tremendous rotational velocity, enabling them to penetrate almost any protective gear.
2D6 RKA, Penetrating, Autofire X 5, 32 Charges, No Knockback, OAF Gun. AP 67, RP 30.

I'm building a "batman" like Villian with tons of gadgets.
However you never know what he may drag out if he sees the need.

Is this legal? How is the range based on strength?

Here are a few previous threads with writeups for quite a few gadgets between them:

You might also consider picking up the UNTIL Superpowers Database; the vast number and variety of pregenerated powers in that book would be easy to convert to gadgets with the addition of a Focus Limitation, and whatever other Lims you cared to apply.
