I have a character concept that has beed on the back burner for a while.
Before working on charactersheet I want to get the background a bit expanded and fixed up.
The feline/human hybrid character has always fascinated me since the early days of Tigra from the avengers (Marvel Comics) So of course I had to create one.
There are many character concepts that can be connected to A feline character;
1) MUTANT with feline appearance and abilities
2) LYCANTHROPE That happened to be cat instead of wolf.
3) ALIEN from a planet where life evolved from cats
4) MAGIC Spell to turn woman into cat-woman
How do I make the character?
1) Multi-form
2) OIHID
3) Normal champions character
This is what I did
BACKGROUND: To be fleshed out.
Mother was scientist (into one of the life sciences) Was 2 months pregnant (or more depending on how far a pregnant woman would be willing to work in Jungle/Forest environment..
One day a couple hours after sundown, the group containing the scientist was attacked by wild cat. Scientist got bit. Rushed to med unit and given lots of anti-viral and anti-bacteria medication.
When baby was due discovered mom was saved from Lycanthropy but not the child. and unlike a normal lycanthrope. The child was hybrid all the time (Not limited to full moons).
Child kept isolated but with the growing population and popularity of non-human / semi-human paranormals running about. Mother and daughter felt it was time for the child, now a young adult to be introduced to the world.

Heya MD. :-) Have you ever played White Wolf's World of Darkness, the Bastet species? In WoD supernatural creatures have always existed, but as Man grew more numerous they either died out or became rare or retreated to less populated areas. The lycanthropes are heavily mystical and have some interesting abilities that could be converted over.
In WoD the young are often kidnapped as newborns and raised in the Ways of that tribe, but sometimes they miss one. The infant is still affected by its mystical heritage (phases of the moon and so on) but won't understand why.
I'm not sure exactly of the origin of the lycanthropes in WoD, there is alot of theology involved, and how much of it is allegory or reality I can't say.
But on to your Background.
I'd think a woman able to work in jungle conditions for several months, so long as she had access to a doctor or hospital for checkups and towards the last month or two might then want to head back to the city.
I don't know enough to say what pathogens there might be in such an environment that could harm the fetus, but that would be the main thing, to stay or leave early I'd think. Diseases and such.
Where is the dad?
I know in the Amazon there are some thugs who would be likely to attack scientific camps, either to hold them hostage, rob them or to dissuade them from any pro-Eco shenanigans that would stop logging or other operations. The cat creature could be one of any of these in his/her alternate form, trying to protect his/her turf or self.
What if the cat being WAS female? Cats have a good mother instinct usually, but sometimes they will try to kill their young. If she knew about the baby she might go either way, trying to kill or help the baby.
The native population would have awareness of the lycanthropes, either as legend or as fact, inhabitting the same jungles. I keep picturing a shaman type reading the signs of the child's heritage and doing an exorcism on mom. :-)
If the natives fear the lycanthropes (is there a community here or just the one passing through) then how did they react to the baby? Or do they protect the lycanthropes? Or revere them?
After the birth (hospital in the city?) what did mom (and dad?) do? Go back to the research team in the jungle or move back to civilization, or take a new research post somewhere else far away and private?
Does the child age as a human or as a feline or as a Bastet (a third species altogether)?
What nationality is mom (and dad)? And what jungle were they in?
Where she grew up will have an impact on her development. In Africa I understand there is still a strong belief system in the supernatural. I don't know alot about the culture of the Amazonian tribes, or about natives in other places like Pacific islands, or Sumatra and Javanese islands. Although with WW2 touching the Pacific islands that could have been interesting for any lycanthropes, their first glimpse of the modern world.
What is the chance dad is actually a lycanthrope and the attack was one of his enemies. :-)
When growing up what things did the child learn? Was mom the only teacher and if so did she focus on science?
If they moved to a muslim country where women wear face and body coverings full time, it would allow the child to go out in public (carefully) but have had other effects on her upbringing and views now.
When confronted with something so weird and unexpected for a child, what did mom the scientist think? Its certainly not rational, or did she come up with a rationale? Or did she start researching theories and search for 'the truth'? It might be difficult to accept a child for themselves if youre not sure what that is. :-)
What about sex and offspring? This comes back to the 'what are you?' question, to know what the child's own children might be. Or if it is safer to not have any at all. If so mom may have tried to make her very uncomfortable with males and with sexuality. Or simply had her spayed.
Did mom tell any of her family? Or are they all dead?

A few comments/suggestions:
The extra running/leaping/swimming should probably be a multipower: you can't run, jump, and swim all at once anyways, and they all have a related SFX.
I think you would be better off losing a few CSLs and buying a level or two of combat luck; I high DCV is nice but you have to be prepared for lucky shots or you'll get pasted. This is just my preference though, you may not like it that way.
The multipower looks funny. Why is the 2d6 HA a 2u slot? Why vs. ED? And as far as the transform goes - I don't think thats something any sane GM would require points for; you can just "attack" whatever you want to scratch.

Just for the record, you left out a fifth possibility for the origin
of a feline/human hybrid: genetic engineering.

FiregOlem,
I will put the movement in a MP.
The HKA vs ED was an oversite (HD automatically goes to ED. I forgot to alter it)
The scratches was to be able to leave screatch marks in materials she can not normally harm. SHe can not damae or destroy it but she can leave claw marks in it.
