Every thing worked great until I submited the order. Then the browser looked like it was loading a page but just cleared out my credit card info and left me at the check out screen again.

I don't want to submit again, any ideas what I should do?

We're looking into that ASAP.

In the mean time youcan still use the old store at http://www.herogames.com/herostoreframes.htm.

Same great products, same great prices... just an older interface. :)

Looks like the problem is at Verisign. The new store should be fully up and running tomorrow (if Verisign does what they need).

The good news is that your shopping cart will be remembered until you either clear it or successfully purchase the items ;)

Is the store working yet? I wanted to increase my DH subscription but it is still not accepting my credit card.

I'm on the phone with VeriSign right now trying to reolve the issue.

I will let you all know when it is fixed.
