Healing/Regeneration revised?

My question is simply does healing/regeneration heal body and stun back up to characters original starting levels?

Question Example 1d6/ 1 body regen does it heal a character who is down 15 body to their original amount at a rate of 1d6/1 body per turn equaling 15 turns before complete restoration.

Does adjustment powers heal stats up to character starting levels in quite the same way?

I'm not sure I can explain this any better than it's stated in the rulebook on 5ER 187: "[Regeneration] works automatically during every Post-Segment 12 Recovery, allowing the character to recover 1 BODY per die of Healing per Turn."

No other Adjustment Power works the same way as Regeneration. Each is governed by the specific rules for that Power and Adjustment Powers generally.
