The Mystery of the Returning Text

I hope this hasn't been posted before, but I've encountered something interesting since installing Update 1.45.

When using the Limited Power modifier, there's the little text that says "Power loses about half of its effectiveness" (or the like). Anyway, when designing characters, I always delete this text and change the "Limited Power" words to customize my description.

Anyway, now whenever I open a character that had this text modified in such a fashion, the "Power loses about half of its effectiveness" text shows back up on the character sheet. Even if I delete it, save the character, close the program, and restart and re-open the character again, the text appears.

Do I now need to make all customizations in the text box? Or has this situation always been the case, and I'm just an oblivious buffoon?

It's always been like that. When setting the level for Limited Power (the actual limitation), change the text in the drop down....don't completely delete it. So long as there is some text there, it will be fine.

For example: change "Power loses about half of its effectiveness" to "Doesn't work in sunlight" and it will save (and restore) just fine.
