Mods: I hope this is the right forum to ask this question, if not I apologize.

Hello everyone

I have reached a point where I can no longer rpg anymore. I haven't done pen + paper rpg for several years and I want to go ahead and sell/trade my game collection so I can free up some space.

I have around 25-30 hero/champions books and need a forum to sell them in, so if anyone knows of a good buy/sell/trade message board I sure would appreciate a link.

Thank you

Ebay isn't too bad - I've moved a lot of stuff there over the years.

You can make some very good sales on eBay (find out how the whole process works via www.ebay.com ), but of course it is an auction, so you never know what the final price will be, have to make arrangements with the buyers, and some items may not move very well. Possibly very profitable, but somewhat complicated if you have a lot of stuff.

If you'd prefer the simplicity of moving the bulk of your collection in one transaction, these reputable online retailers buy and trade in used games, and all of them stock Hero Games items:

Thanks for the links. I guess I should have mentioned that I'm not a fan of eBay or more specifically PayPal.

Agent X, I don't think it's appropriate to list my collection here, but feel free to send me an email if you like. I have a complete list along with brief description of condition. Since all of it is 4th edition, I doubt it's worth much, but it is a fairly complete set of books though.

Don't despair of getting good prices for your 4E stuff; some of it is apparently quite desirable and still fetches decent prices.

FYI in case you weren't aware, you're not limited to PayPal or other credit card transactions on eBay. The majority of sellers take multiple payment options including cheques and money orders, and you can specify what payment you'll accept when you list your items, as well as where you're willing to ship them to.

I don't think it's right to conduct business here, but I don't see a problem with telling us what you have; after all, we might be able to point out items that are particularly valuable and keep you from getting ripped off.

@@@ On the hb - the printed page numbers appear to be double stamped - weird - and it irritates me to this day that I didn't notice that when I bought the book - otherwise the condition is almost new

### I purchased these two books from a comic book shop that also sold used games. They were in horrible condition, but I had never seen them anywhere else, so I got them anyway. I took them home, hand copied the info I wanted, and sealed them in comic bags. I then washed my hands a few times. You have been warned.
