A friend of mine recently ordered The Ultimate Mentalist from the Online store and was curious about shipping since it wasn't mentioned in the cost of the book?

Perhaps you should say that in the Online Store FAQ. I've never brought directly from Hero Games because I was eager to find some discount anywhere else. However, as an international customer, it would be probably better to purchase all my Hero books directly.
