A gadget that costs END?

Hey Steve,

I was just looking at some of the examples of ARGENT technology that were provided in Champions Universe and was wondering something:

Should the Gravitic Repulsor (CU p.140) cost END for its passengers? I was just wondering if that was a mistake.

Unless it's indicated as not costing END, the standard rules for END costs apply.
