where do I find this?

I found on the internet, a long time ago, a table for determining how many DC's of attack would represent a certain amount of energy, and also how to determine how much damage a certain amount of explosive would do. Unfotunately, I didn't save a copy of it, and I've been looking all over the internets for it and can't seem to remember where it is. Can anyone tell me where to find it?
