Ben,
It sounds like you were heavily inundated with emails so mine may have slipped through the cracks. Did you get my Scopes Prefab I sent you for posting?

Yes, I have it and will hopefully have it up by the end of the week... it is my goal to have my Outlook inbox EMPTY by the end of the week.

Click EDIT....
The SELECT ALL....
Then Hit that DELETE key on the keyboard.....

Takes about 4 seconds and fixes the problem!
