The Fantasy HERO Pack

I have a related question. I just purchased the Fantasy Hero pack (which was built for Version 2) and have had problems figuring out how to use the ,hdt files in the racial packages directory in version 3.

My build is 2006120602.

A related FH question: is there an easy way to designate which powers are covered in the Magic Multiplier and which are not?

Aren't HDT files Character Templates? I can't remember and am currently far to lazy to find my flash drive with HD and the manual on it.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking. And I can't figure out how HD accesses those files at the moment..
