Regretably, I don't have the Ultimate Mentalist yet, so I apologise if this issue is addressed in further detail in that book.
A Mental Power, such as Telepathy can be bought as fully Invisible. If it is fully Invisible, it obviously can't be perceived by third party observers with Mental Awareness.
A Telepathic probe can be made on a target without alerting that target if the "damage" total exceeds the requirements for the level of information sought out by an additional 20 pts.
Does that requirement still exist for a Fully Invisible Telepathic probe? IE: Would the target of a Fully Invisible Telepathic probe be aware of the telepathic attack if the "damage" total didn't exceed the by the extra 20 pts? Or does the Fully Invisible advantage only conceal the source of the probe (not the felt effects)?
