Another question about Suppress

So, I want to make sure I'm right:

If a power has suppress, continous (so that the target is basicaly automaticaly hit with suppress after suppress), and Continuing charges, the character would not need to spend any xp for any of the multiple suppress effects (Created by continous) for as long as the charge lasts?

I’m not sure I understand the question. Using Suppress doesn't involve spending Experience Points.

If by "xp" you mean "Endurance," then the answer is “Yes, that’s correct,” which is why few GMs would be likely to allow that sort of attack.
