I have a character with a VPP. The team would like to find a specific person. How do I build it?
I was thinking of something like this:
Detect A Single Thing 13- (Unusual Group), Discriminatory, Increased Arc Of Perception (360 Degrees), Range, Targeting, Tracking, MegaScale (1" = 100,000 km; +1 1/2), Can Be Scaled Down 1" = 1km (+1/4) (91 Active Points)
We have tried the sleuthing route, looking at clues, following leads, threats, bribes, but we have no where to go.
