Is the online store working? I can't seem to get to it. Please post a link if you are getting it to work.

The store has been working fine since Monday. When you say youcan't get to it, what exactly do you mean?

When I go to the top nav bar and hit "Online Store" it takes me to the following site:
https://secure.compnetco.com/herogames

Which says that site cannot be found.

Or, if I go on my other ISP I get:
500 Servlet Exception

No matter what I try I still can't get there.

Did you want the IP address or the DNS?

But the product list needs an update. I can't find Ninja Hero , Conquerors. Killers & Crooks , or The Ultimate Vehicle in the catalog, which is really annoying because I wanted to buy these books at DunDraCon and couldn't.

The IP address. Sorry. I figure it might be my server hasn't picked up the DNS/name change yet. Atleast I hope. I called them and they say the fault is on your end, but I don't trust them.

Even now I am unable to get www.herogames.com to work. I am still using the .dans.cust site.

It is DOJ's policy to not put new products in the online store until 5-6 months have passed. DOJ wants people to buy the books from their FLGS or another online source in the hope that it will expand the HERO System market by forcing retailers to order the product through the normal distribution chain.

Okay. Looking at it more I see that i can go to http://www.herogames.com/forums, but just going to www.herogames.com gets me a 500 servlet error. Weird. No matter what I do though I can't get to the online store.

If you get a 500 Servlet Exception, then just refresh your page. Your browser likely has the paged cached.

The servlet exception means that you're hitting the new server.

When I refresh I still get the same error.

Again, it sounds like you're caching the page. Clear your browser's cache.

The site is working (as is the store).

Thanks Dan and Ben. I appreciate everyone's help. I knew something was wrong.

I cleared my cache and that did it. It finally started working. I wanted to get to the online store so I could buy more issues of Digital Hero while I have the money.

Internet Explorer doesn't *really* refresh pages when you click 'Refresh'. You have to hold down Ctrl and click Refresh (or press F5). I don't know why that is, but I know I'm not the only one, since someone else told me that. If you're using IE, that's a way to force a refresh without clearing the entire cache.
