I'm creating a mutant villian team whose leader (the mother) has a very limited form of mind control over her followers (children). I'm not sure if I should actually give her some mind control or just have the followers with a disadvantage or both...any ideas or comments are appreciated.:D

Give her some small amount of Mind Control (say 5-6d6) then giver her followers a Vulnerability to her Mind Control. That would pretty much guarantee that they will do what she wants, even when they do not want to.

I'd give her the mind control with the lim "Only usable on own children" -1, or something like that. Giving her followers a vulnerability helps too.

Another option is to give the mother:
Mind Link (Specific Group of Minds: Family), Any Distance, Psychic Bond - 20 pts

Then the children a psychological limitation that reflects how devoted they are to following her orders. Anywhere from fanatical (14-) to obediant (11-) to obstinant (8-) just as a rough guide line.
