Password Reset not working.

Hello, I tried to get my password and it does not seem to be working. I receive a form e-mail with my user name but no password. I know my original user name already and only need the password.



If this is the incorrect place for this please let me know or move.

Please read the email that you receive a bit more carefully.

Immediately before the username, you have a line which reads something along the lines of:


To reset your password, please visit the following page:
http://www.herogames.com/forums/login.php?a=pwd&u=X&i=yyy (http://www.herogames.com/forums/login.php?a=pwd&u=2&i=73524780)

When you visit that page, your password will be reset, and the new password will be
emailed to you.


Click the link to reset your password.
