So... what's the scoop? ;)
If you can spread an attack it loses a DC for each hex spread (or +1 OCV garnered), how does that apply to an entangle? Will it lose both 1d6 BODY/1 DEF per hex or is there some other bizarre mix?... or is it even an option? I've gotten some minor discussion on the Hero System Discussion board, but figured I'd get it from the source, if possible.
