This was actually a fun little book, and it was pleasantly cheap to boot. It applies to any roleplaying system, although all the examples use situations and creatures you'd find in D&D.

The idea is that the book describes riddles, codes, enigmas and other puzzle games that you can put into a game.

I'm guessing this (http://www.technomancer-press.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2). A couple of the other ones look just as good.

Nice!

Although one of my players absolutely loathes any kind of puzzle at all, sadly.
Bit bad form me as I'm a fan of codes, cyphers and kekuro :)

I think my favorite example was under the "Cultural Mysteries" page, where players wander into people doing something odd and have to keep their heads or do something stupid. The example was walking over a hill and seeing two armies. Army A is in shiney armor and Army B is in black and wears skull decorations. They charge at each other. If the players join the fight both armies scream and run away. "what's wrong with you? we were just recreating the battle of Glom!"

I think that'd be hilarious
