Got a Question on how to Build the Discomfitters.

The sonic one says a 1 point Dex Drain. How do you build this?
Same quesion for the Microwave one, it wants a 1 point EB . . again .. how do I build this?

I was thinking of just doing a 1d6 Dex Drain and a 1d6 EB . . is this correct?

Just work backwards from the math. F'rex, given an Active Point cost of 13 for the Drain DEX, and +3.5 worth of Limitations, the Drain DEX costs 3 points. There's a question in the Rules FAQ under "Powers, General" about this, IIRC.
