Phase 12 in combat, EGO-Man wants to link Sidekick-1 and Sidekick-2, is there a way he can spread the link to "attack" both in the same phase or does it take phase 12 and his next phase to mind link with both?

As a default, it takes both Phases, but the GM can certainly alter this if he wishes.
