Hey y'all;

Sometimes I'm requesting a feature that exists and I just don't know where to look, so here it is: Is there, anywhere in HDv3, the option to "create a group of disads" other than creating a multipower or somesuch? Mayhaps in a new tab below "Recently Selected" there could be "Common Usage" with an edit button, so rather than the sometimes shotgun nature of Recently Selected, I can group in however many "common" lims I want, and use it like a small workspace.

Instead of having the entire toolbox open, I can then reach for my "commonly used tools," such as: Focus, Gestures, Incantations, Spell, RSR -- five lims I know are on almost every single spell. I can then keep "Extra Time" edited to "Casting Time" in there as well. And when I want "new tools set aside" -- for building HERO:CE equipment, I can then edit this specialized list.

Is this possible? Reasonable? Doable?

Use a list with Common Modifiers (they will be applied to all items in the list).

If you are constructing numerous spells, then the recently selected list will show the Modifiers that were placed on the most recent spell. If the modifiers are similar/the same between spells, then this list will remain stable and be usable for what you are looking for.

No additional lists will be created.

Actually, recently selected is always all over the map; it had Spell (Necromancy) despite me not having written a necro spell in the last five or six. It was weird.

Okay, so I've put together a list... but it keeps changing my values on Real Cost. Is this a user side error, or is there additional math I'm unaware of?

A list will only have a Real Cost if you assign Adders to it (to give it a cost for the character) -- otherwise they are always "free" (just organizational items).

The Real Cost of items within your list will change based on the Common Modifiers that are in the list -- all Common Modifiers are applied to the items in the list as normal unless they are overridden on the list item (frex: the list has 16 Charges as a Common Modifier, but one of the slots has 4 Charges -- the slot's Limitation will override the list's).
