Multiform-Help!?

I'm alittle confused on multiforms. The points you pay for the character with the highest base points, does it also pay for the multiform or does the form with the lower base points pay for the multiform?

Base Character/Form - The Character that pays for the Multiform Power.
Alternate Forms - the Characters that the Multiform turns into.

It is irrelevant which has the higher or lower points.

If your GM says "Build Characters on 200 Base Points + 150 Disad Points for a 350 Point Character" Then this is the Base Character and pays for the Multiform.

If your Multiform is 400 Points it is built on 200 Base Points + 150 Disad Points (just like the Base Form/Character) and + 50 Additional Disad Points because it exceeds the Base Forms Points Totals.
