A little question for you

Hi folks!

For BODY AFFECTING POWERS and SIZE POWERS exist a special advantage, COST END ONLY TO ACTIVATE (+1/4). Is it possible to apply this advantage to other powers too? My intention is to apply that advantage to FORCE FILDS, since I don't want that power to fade away when I'am stunned, but even I don't want it to cost 0 END.
