V,V & V - Who Made the Cut?

With News of the World book slowly leaking out the various FLG's and other distributors, I have a question about the next book that will be out soon:

Villans, Vandals and Vermin; who is in it, how many pages is the book and could you in a few words describe them please?

Sunburst and a few more Project: Sunburst creations are in the book, as are a few members of China's Tiger Squad, and a few other characters described elsewhere in HERO publications.
