Possible bug with Charges and Clips

I'm getting the following behavior in v1.46.

I create a power with the Charges limitation, "4 Clips of 8 Charges (+0)". I then save the character and close HD.

Upon reopening HD (character is still active), the limitation now says "16 Clips of 8 Charges (+0)".

I know how much you enjoy working with Charges, so I wanted to give you another chance to play with it. ;)

I've got the issue fixed. It will only occur for Charges in which the Clips Adder takes it from a Limitation to an Advantage. It will correct itself if you open the Power and "edit" the Charges (you don't need to change anything, just click on "edit").

I'll have the fix in the next update.
