senses in ECs

I'm a bit unclear on whether it is legal to buy senses in an EC. Obviously, it is discouraged if they're bought with the "sense" adder. However, is there any reason that a detect bought as an instant, and costing END, should not be able to be put in an EC?

It's illegal. Enhanced Senses are a Special Power, and Special Powers can't be put in Power Frameworks... unless, of course, the GM decides to let you. ;)
