I've looked for a clear answer to this and couldn't find it, but it might just be my incompetence.
Does STR add to NND Martial Arts Maneuvers? For example, does a 70 STR brick just do the basic 2d6 NND damage with the Bearhug II maneuver from the Brick Tricks Martial Arts or does he do 9d6 NND because of his STR?
