If you want to make in able to do a flurry of firsts can you:

1. buy autofire for his str
2. If you can does that allow martial strikes to be autofire.
3. If not can you just buy Martial Strike with autofire?

It's possible to buy Autofire for STR, but that applies only to STR, not to Martial Maneuvers. To apply an Advantage to a Martial Maneuver, you have to buy it for the Maneuver individually; see The Ultimate Martial Artist 104-05 for the complete rules on that.
