Could you put METE pretty much as is in the 5th edition Champions Universe?
Also is there any anti alien groups in CU 5th like the exterminators in Alien Enemies

Why not?
Of course, the 5th Ed CU has its own set of aliens compared to 4th Ed, but who cares?

Not that I am aware of.
Use the Exterminators if you feel you need to. Personally I was never terribly impressed by them, although the individual characters could be reworked and used somewhere else.
The Warlord has an interest in alien technology, and would be particularly likely to try to recover any of it that was around, but that isn't quite the same as the Exterminators' desire to blow aliens up. In any case, any number of CU factions would be likely to try to grab alien technology.

Well, Earth in the 5E CU is certainly aware of extraterrestrials, several species having visited or invaded the planet over preceding decades; and there are a few well-known aliens living on Earth today, although not as many as for the previous incarnation of the Champions Universe. So such an institution would not be unreasonable.
Most of the alien species mentioned in the two editions of METE no longer exist in current continuity, so you might want to retcon them to something comparable from official sources. Since Orrad is a blue-skinned humanoid you might make him Hzeel (which could attract the attention of the Warlord, who uses scavenged Hzeel technology).

note: i'm tired and hurt my back this AM, so I might come on stronger than intended, just don't feel like going to the effort to be diplomatic, I am not angry or trying to be rude
Says who? The universe is pretty big and all, just because 5th has not played with race X who says they don't exist somewhere. I mean I am sure that Steve will never use the Greenies, he seems to like the world to be a more bronze/iron and they are definatly mid silver age (Where the insane was common), but that is a big difference than "They don't exist in the CU"

No offense taken, JmOz. :) Please do note that in my original post I referred to current continuity, which doesn't preclude anything that the powers-that-be may come out with in future. I also said the you might want to retcon the METE aliens, not that you have to. It was never my intention to appear dogmatic. ;)
Certainly you're free to say that any new race is from an unexplored section of space, or simply substitute your preferred race for one from the official 5E CU. I've done that for my own games. That would likely work for (to take examples from the first edition of METE) T't'shlr, whose people had only recently discovered FTL travel. Elt's race are supposed to be interstellar explorers but may not have travelled this far across the galaxy before.
OTOH in 4E continuity Orrad's K'pok, Ryf Haver's Midha, and Pinchus's nameless race were fairly major players in galactic affairs, so if they were in the 5E CU someone would probably have heard of them by now. Unless you want to place them in Andromeda or another neighboring galaxy (something else I've done with older Champs aliens in my own games), or reduce their prominence.
