I have a copy of the Hero5th, but where can I find a power list (including mods) that shows CP costs for quick referance?

Thanks in advance.

I've moved this to "Company Questions" since it's more relevant there and other people may have information to impart.

You can find something like what you're describing in the booklet that comes with the HERO System Resource Kit. You may have to look around for a copy, though, since we've been out of stock in it for a while. I have seen it on store shelves, though -- and we'll have a copy or three for sale at GenCon.

One thing you might find useful is a group of indices which compiles various rule elements from the 5E rulebook and some other books: one index for Disadvantages, one for the Sample Powers (the example constructs that appear in the margins), and perhaps most pertinent for you, an index of Power Modifiers (Advantages, Adders and Limitations). That one includes the value of the Modifier and the page number of the book that it appears in. It's not everything you want, but it is a big help since looking up a Modifier in the rulebook can be time consuming.

You can download the indices from the "Free Stuff" link at the top of this page, then click on "HERO 5th Edition Documents," then "HERO Fifth Edition Indices."

Hope that helps. :)
