-The Hulk stops the dam from leaking by putting a boulder in the way.

-Spiderman stops the bridge from collapsing by using his webbing to mesh together the cables that snapped.

-Superman stops the ship from sinking by welding the breach closed with his heat vision.

Is this just a SFX or is there something that refs require (Body Aid?) in order to do such things? I use just good RPing myself but wondered if anyone required rules for it.

I just call it SFX and roleplaying, though Spider-Man happens to have a rules recourse through Entangle.

Call it a Power Stunt.

Yup. It's the Skill "Power" to the rescue!

Hulk - Power: Brick Tricks

Spider-Man - Power: Web Finesse

Superman - Power: [Darn. You got me; I'm not sure what to call this one. Supes probably has several 'Power' Skills: Brick Tricks, Speed Tricks, Vision Tricks? You get the idea.]

Actually I'd do these as follows:

Hulk: unskilled repair. He uses his STR to manipulate the boulder, but no Skill Roll or special ability is needed.

Spider-Man: Special application of his web-based Entangle. No Skill roll or special ability is needed.

Superman: The Welding power, as described in the Online USPD (under Fire And Heat Powers).
