Cost End/Reduce End combo

It did show up in 1.45.

To my knowledge, it has never shown up in any version....it's not a valid combination of Modifiers. Per Steve, you cannot have Costs END and Reduced END on the same Power.

FYI. Steve said to do that just give Cost End -1/4 NOT -1/2 then set the end to what you want. This does not help folks with HD but that was the resolution... ;)

I call it Costs 1/2 Endurance for -1/4.
