I have a friend doing some pics of my current game, now most of the character descritions give him a good idea of what to go for (Hispanic 20 something girl in 50's diner out fit, etc...)

But one character is giving him fits, and he has asked for a couple of refrences

Now the character in question is the star of a Action/adventure show set in space (Think a female Flash Gordon) now her outfit is suppose to be somewhat provocative, but not slutty, anyone have some good refrenses I can go through to give him a good idea of what I am looking for for it?

Poke around here: http://www.sfcovers.net/mainnav.htm

Magazine cover art from sci-fi magazines. Many of them from the hey day of the genre in the 50s-60s so should have that Flash Gordon feel to them.

Have you checked the cartoons WizKids made for their Rocketmen game? You can find them on the WizKids site, but they're posted on YouTube as well, and they load faster there.

I bet a quick keyword search in http://www.deviantart.com would bring up some samples.

Try searching for "science fiction woman" and page through until something catches your eye.
