Well, two recent non-d20 entries in the field are Capes (http://www.museoffire.com/Games/) and Truth and Justice (http://www.atomicsockmonkey.com/products/tj.asp). Apparently you can still order Godlike (http://arcdream.com/godlike/) as well, and Susano has some conversions of their characters on his website. Aberrant (http://www.white-wolf.com/aberrant.html) was originally published using the Storyteller system, although the latest version of the game uses d20 (and Susano has converted a bunch of their characters too). There's also a new version of GURPS Supers (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/supers/) for Fourth Edition GURPS, which from all reports is superior to the 3E version.

There also With Great Power (http://www.incarnadinepress.com/), which I've played as a demo at GenCon. I'm not 100% convinced anyone runs the game except the couple that wrote it, though.

Golden Heroes

Golden Heroes has been reissued as Squadron UK (http://squadronuk.co.uk/).

There's a lot of stuff for various games online. Googling through BNakagawa's list would be quite worthwhile.

DC Heroes was re-released without the DC stuff as Blood of Heroes.

Marvel Super Heroes' FASERIP system was reverse engineered Phil Reed as a superhero game toolkit called 4c that he's releasing under the OGL.

There also a DC Universe RPG using WEG's D6 System.

Marvel Comics released a Marvel Universe RPG.

The creator of Villians & Vigilantes released a 3rd edition of it under the title Living Legends.

Golden Heroes was re-released was Squadron UK.

BTRC's EABA system will do supers.

Oh yeah, there's a Superbabes RPG (based on AC Comics' Femforce).

Plus there are numerous homebrew superhero game systems posted on various websites.

And don't forget Teenagers From Outer Space, probably the best RPG that isn't part of the Hero System.

Not so much angst, more self indulgence on a specific view point. :) Definite shelf filler.

Sounds kinda Angsty....:)

It's got some interesting ideas, in an sort of extreme narrativist sort of way.
