I'm having trouble installing my HDv3. It keeps saying invalid or corrupt jar file. SO how do I get it to open. I'm LOWSY with programs.

1. What is the name of the file that you downloaded (with extension)?
2. Where did you download the file from?
3. If you right-click on the file and view the properties, what is the size of the file in bytes?

1. You cannot access it from the member cp. The only two items you can get from there are the most recent update and the text file that you get when you purchase HDv3 which contains instructions on accessing the support site where you can download the installer (basically, just go to http://www.herodesigner.com and login with your online store username/password).
2. 0kb is (obviously) a bit on the small side. Whatever you tried to download did not download to your system.

I'm logged on. I go to installers and download the installers for HDv3. ANd still nothing is being downloaded.

Sounds like a problem on your system (both of the files that you have tried to download are working fine and downloading in their entirety for myself and others).
Try right-clicking on the file and selecting "Save As..."
Alternately, use a different browser (I'm assuming you're using IE, currently).

I've found out what was wrong. A program I use to download something was the thing that was trying to download the HDv3. Once I shut it off, I've have no problems. Thanks for the help and all!! :)
