Being a long time role player, I've tried to hook my kids on it too, with some measure of success. My son, who is now 14, has made a request of me, and being the person who likes to take as many shortcuts as possible that I am, I figured I'd ask and see if anyone has tackled this or a similar idea before:
Naruto Hero.
I'm already figuring this has to be superheroic, probably with teen or standard character point limts as a base. Probably most of the abilities tied to skills for the three styles, along with some abilities based on blood talent and/or family training. Beyond that, it just looks like a daunting task of building an ability database.
Any thoughts would be greately appreciated. :)

There was a recent thread regarding Naruto in the Fantasy
Hero forum. The link to it is:
http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59226&highlight=naruto
and another one at:
http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46824&highlight=naruto
You might find some worthwhile info there...Also, while there isn't
any Naruto specific info, you might get some ideas at:
http://surbrook.devermore.net/adaptationsanime/animechar.html
Many of the chars there have "fu schticks" that could probably
be adapted or directly transferred (after a name and/or SFX
change if needed). Also, there is a fu schticks sourcebook on
the same site at:
http://surbrook.devermore.net/herosource/fu.html
which could prove useful.

Thanks much! I think I'd read the stuff at http://surbrook.devermore.net/herosource/ at one point, but I probably lost the link to it at some point and forgot about it. Back on my bookmarks now though. :)
