Online Store: Download Problems

So, I've bought HDv3, and some extras to go with it, but I can't seem to download any of it.

I'm going from my Member CP/Downloads section. I'm using Firefox and it uses a utility called iGetter... but even though the files are relatively small I can't get anything.

I seem to have deeper issues... logged in on Hero Designer and I still don't seem to be able to get anything to come through with iGetter.

Well, I ditched iGetter and just used Firefox's native download deal and it seems to work fine! So, issue resolved.
