The heros in my campaign are soon going to be meeting up with a new individual. This individual has a strange ability - any attack (melee or ranged or mental) will be reflected back to the attacker. The individual will possess minor armor (enough for small calaber guns) but most powers will be able to penetrate that. It has not been decided if this individual will be hero or villain, so I would like him to be made on the standard 350 pts. :( My biggest problem is that I am having troubles creating this reflection ability, especially dealing with ranged attacks. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. :king:

32 Reflective Field: Force Field (20 PD/20 ED) (Protect Carried Items), Reduced Endurance (1/2 END; +1/4) (62 Active Points) 2

a Damage Shield for hand-to-hand attacks. Missile Reflection for ranged attacks.
You'd also need a second Damage Shield for mental attacks. Put a limitation on the two damage shields "Only up to amount of the initial attack". If all of the reflections are a conscious effort, then put another limitation on them that they only work on attacks he Blocks.
If it's just something that happens, give him armour to represent the reflected attack not hurting him, and use one of the (numerous) ways that people have come up with to use Missile Reflection without taking an action (such as with Duplication, Only to Missile Deflect, although I find this clunky)
