I looked in 5r but didn't see it. Anybody know how fast (hexes/phase) you can move someone or something you've caught with TK? Like, you caught a guy who's falling out of a burning building. How long would it take to gently move him across the street and deposit him on the roof of a nearby (non-burning) building?

Well, the absolute maximum speed that TK can be used to move something is essentially a throw which is just based on any TK STR in excess of what is necessary to lift the object.
The assumed drawback is that since it is a throw, the character will no longer be holding the object once thrown (unless the TK was bought with the Continuous Advantage perhaps?!). I might allow a 1/2 STR or Casual TK STR throw to maintain the grab on the object being thrown.
On a related note, there are rules for moving AOE powers via the Mobile Advantage and it does list a specific movement speed and cost to increase this speed.

This is why Flight Usable as Attack should not only be allowed but encouraged.
