It's a little unclear the text in pag.153 of the CHAMPIONS genre book.
1) First, it is necessary to Grab the character/club. If this character is consciuous, the manual says that this requires the normal Attack Roll with the "normal penalties". But if the character is unconscious, the Attack Roll suffer only the standard -1 OCV e -2 DCV.
But this penalties are the "normal penalties" (5e pag. 254) !!!
So, for consciuous character, what are the real penalties???
2) Using another character as a club entails a Weapon Size/Shape penalty of -2 OCV (if he's unconsious) or -4 OCV (if he's awake).
But the Weapon Size/Shape in 5e, pag. 253, see the thing in another way :"Using a human as a club would provide no OCV bonus".
It's different not only the bonus/penalty, but also the system. Normally, impromptu weapon gives OCV for their size, not penalty. A Human club gives no bonus because the size is "normal", but certainly it gives not any penalty, just the exact reverse of the rules in CHAMPIONS.
