If Clairsentience is bought Only Through the Senses of Others, is it assumed to have Mobile Perception Point for free?
Or do you have to buy the Adder with a speed matching whoever you want to link to?

The perception point is not mobile for free. Once the person/creature you’re “seeing” through moves to a position where you can no longer perceive your designated “target zone” through him properly (in the GM’s judgment), the power stops functioning. If you buy a Mobile Perception Point, you can keep the perception point moving along with the person/creature.
